We continually see in all types of operations positions of some “leaders” mounted on an “I know everything” echelon, which is not a sensible or honest position on an individual basis. The individual 360 mind does not exist in operations. There is no one who can verify such a faculty. The 360 mind is the result of the proper integration of various perspectives, the sum of different talents and active minds. Bringing together a team that discusses/builds towards a meaning-ACHIEVEMENTS-and allows all proposals and/or decisions to be integrated, nourishes and grows the 360 mentality of the true leader! Place yourself at the center of talent, integrate it and execute it.
